To reap the advantages of real estate tokenization and actively contribute to its evolution, one can join the RealtyX DAO as a general member, or participate in any SPDDs. Members enjoy a variety of benefits, including:

  1. Acquiring real-world asset (RWA) knowledge, collectively refined by the community.

  2. Casting votes on critical issues related to property tokenization, such as the distribution of rewards (if members participate in an SPDD)

  3. Gaining eligibility for exclusive opportunities that emerge from the tokenization of properties.
