2. Structuring Property Rights with a Trust-Based SPV

  • SPV Creation: RealtyX utilizes a trust structure as the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to securely hold the property and manage tokenized rights.

  • Tokenization of Rights: Instead of fractionalizing ownership, we tokenize specific property rights, such as rental income shares and profit-sharing agreements, creating accessible investment opportunities.


3. Token Development and Smart Contracts
