From Launch Pass to Genesis
In early 2024, RealtyX introduced the Launch Pass NFT (LPN) for early onboarding and eligibility building.
Next, holders can burn Launch Passes to redeem the Genesis NFT Mystery Box. Compared with the entry-level LPN, the Genesis NFT is a premium asset featuring:
Stronger staking multipliers;
Earlier investment/allocation priority;
Tier-based participation in revenue sharing, tied to RealtyX’s expanding RWA portfolio.

Why buy LPN:
Required to mint Genesis (higher tiers may require more LPNs);

Burn-to-Mint: Mint Genesis Mystery Box
Only 210 boxes in the first wave out of 2,100 total;
Three tiers (Tier 1/2/3) with increasing privileges;
Burn-to-Mint mechanics:
Stage 1: Burn 10 LPNs to mint 1 box, or 0.05 ETH public mint.
Stage 2: Item count TBD; burn 12 LPNs or 0.06 ETH.
Stage 3: Item count/price TBD.
Random reveal: Tier and rarity are determined at reveal.
